- Get Started — Participate in orientation, set goals and begin your mentorship journey.
- Grow Together — Meet monthly, track progress and participate in Care Wave masterclasses and networking opportunities.
What To Expect
- Duration: 12 months initial mentorship cycle
- Matching and alignment: mentees are carefully matched with mentors
- Goal setting: 2–3 development objectives
- Cadence and interaction: monthly check-in session (1hr virtual or in-person)
- Feedback and evaluation: mid-term and end-of-year review check-ins by the foundation
- Community and networking: masterclasses, networking and professional development events

Mentors
Experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, academics and industry practitioners willing to dedicate time and expertise to supporting a young person.
Mentees
Individuals seeking professional guidance, career exposure and mentorship in their chosen field.
Mentorship is a professional relationship built on mutual respect, commitment and clear boundaries. Mentors are not expected to provide financial assistance or employment, while mentees are expected to actively participate and take ownership of their development.
